Numerical study of stress-strain state
of high-loaded joints of аirframe structural
components

ANNOTATION

Using modern software class PLM, effective methods of constructing 3D contact models for finite-element
analysis of the high-loaded joints of airframe structural components were discussed. The account of the cyclic
symmetry, the obligatory creation of 3D contact models, application of the method "contact bonding”, which
allows passage to the local fibre modelling composites, and thickening of the finite-element mesh are recommended.
The mode of creation efforts of a coupler of a package is specified. It is shown that the implementation
of effective models on a PC bolted shear connections can reveal some features of the stress-strain state of
compounds that differ significantly from the "classic" view(without accounting methods, which are described
above). It is recommended to carry out a design of numerical experiments for reducing their number and for
replacing of complex three-dimensional contact finite element calculations on calculations by regression
models. All calculations were performed in the software package Siemens PLM Femap 10.2.0 с NX Nastran.
